Role

The role of Infrastructure architect us the development, maintenance and enforcing op de the design of the complete technical infrastructure. The architect provides the technical leadership and guidance for the customer, from strategic decisions to project planning. The architect ensure that the high-level infrastructure plans are supported within the customer's organization, initiates the evaluation of new technologies and creates the plans to adopt these new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Offer the expertise, direction and guidance on infrastructure architecture

• Develop profound knowledge of the existing IT architecture and document it.

• Develop, document, communicate and safeguard the technological standards.

• Evaluate new technologies that can enhance the development of the infrastructure or decrease the cost of maintaining it.

• Creation of designs and guide implementations up to operations

Profile

• Minimum of 5 year's experience with the creation of high-level infrastructure solutions.

• Conceptual thinker, but the ability to go into detail where necessary and required

• Independent

• Strong analytical thinker

• Creative, flexible and the ability to excel under pressure

• A team player and customer oriented

• Ability to explain the vision and convince stakeholders

• Strong basis in the Microsoft products, cloud technologies and networking

• Know how to move a new solution into production

Location

• You will be working with our customers throughout the Netherlands. Maximum distances will be in mutually agreed and working from the home office a few days a week, is an option

• Visiting the Contint office now and then will be necessary to further develop Contint as an organization.
