Selection of a Managed Cloud Service Provider

Intro
Due to a carve out, the customer had move the server infrastructure out of the parent company's Data Centers. A strategic decision has been made, to migrate the server infrastructure to a Cloud Service Provider.

 
Case Study
In order to successfully contract the correct outsourcing provider, an RfP has been created by R. Bouman Consultancy, that listed all the required services and reflected the strategic view of the customer. Based on this document, the tender process has been started.

Together with purchasing and the legal department, the suppliers selection has taken place. After negotiations and objective selection, a contract has been created that allows for a smooth transition and operational excellence.
