Description
In order to contract the right service provider, R. Bouman Consultancy B.V. wrote a Request for Proposal, in which all desired services were described and in which the customer's strategy was followed. The deregistration has started on the basis of this document.
The selection of the service provider took place in collaboration with Purchasing and Legal. After negotiations and an objective selection, a contract was drawn up, describing a rapid migration and clear agreements regarding management.
